Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Want To Gain Weight Society is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Want To Gain Weight Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier and local authorities if they believe a package has been stolen.
