Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS Priority Mail tracking number.
Delivery Time
We ship using USPS Priority Mail.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee may be required to reship.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household members, neighbors, and local post office.
USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package once it has been shipped.
You may file a claim with USPS if necessary.
