Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

• The wrong product, or
• A product that arrived damaged during shipping,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at TheWeightGainSociety@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If we determine that we made an error, we will gladly send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Customer preference
• Opened or used products
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
